Design Services

Removeiuearthir provides interior design services, not physical products. As such, traditional return policies do not apply.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you have certain rights regarding services. If our services fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a refund, replacement, or compensation.

Service Agreements

Terms for design services, including cancellation and refund policies, are outlined in individual service agreements for each project. These agreements are established before work begins and comply with Australian Consumer Law.

All service agreements will clearly specify the scope of work, fees, payment terms, and cancellation policies. You have the right to receive a copy of the service agreement before work commences.

Consumer Guarantees

Our services come with automatic guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, including:

  • Services will be provided with due care and skill
  • Services will be fit for their intended purpose
  • Services will be delivered within a reasonable time (if no time is specified)

If we fail to meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to remedies including repair, replacement, refund, or compensation.

Project Modifications

Our practice maintains collaborative relationships with clients throughout the design process. Modifications to design concepts and plans can be discussed and implemented as projects develop, subject to the terms of the service agreement.

Materials and Products

If materials or products are purchased through our studio, return policies for those items will be specified at the time of purchase and may vary by supplier.
